Dr Mason has cared for me since 1996 and I had just seen him today as a routine check up but with a minor symptom which we both are working together to diagnose. He is a top rate doctor clinically, professionally plus a genuine touch. I trust his clinical judgement wholeheartedly, he has always been sympathetic to my "life situation " - i.e. I am a driven person and I like to work. He supported me all the way to work and yet being very clear about his parameter. I feel utterly safe with him and I think it is important for patient like me to feedback to NHS - that it is people like him that make NHS a national treasure.

gives his answers and advice in a clear and precise way.

Lovely caring person who knows his field of expertise and speaks to you in a language you can understand. Very thorough, takes time to listen and suggest paths forward. Puts you at ease. He is very special person. You know he is taking an interest in you and watching over you. It is a pleasure being under his care.

Dr Mason is very thorough in his understanding of patient's history and is analytical in his approach. He is very approachable on e-mail and he ressponds in a vey short time. He was very helpful when i fell ill when i was in India and he even talked to the doctors treating me in India.
He involves the family in important situations.
